Job Description

► Support decision making process by providing business relevant insights based on analysis of business data (TNS, M, M/S)

► External market- and marketing data (e.g REACT) and qualitative input (competitor activities etc)
► Analyze input from different data sources (internal and external) and develop recommendation for Management (Business analysis and business requirements)
► Focus is on marketing data (REACT Framework, GfK, etc. ) to provide recommendations to solve complex business (marketing) challenges
► Supports marketing decision making by delivering insights and analytics to inform data-driven decisions
► Collaborate x-functionally, in particular CTG / CPE and BDO to access and integrate data from various systems and databases, create required data lakes
► Identify trends, patterns and outcomes, uncover insights and conduct root cause analysis to identify factors impacting business
► Develop and imply models to forecast business metrics, validate and refine models based on historical data and business knowledge
► Create dashboards, reports and visualizations to present data driven insights
► Collaborate with stakeholders (functional and regional) to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
► Develop bench marking methodologies to compare and assess performance against industry standards
► Track & propose optimization potential(s) for BU C-Budget

Qualifications

► Deep knowledge and fundamental experience in campaign tracking and performance analytics
► Excellent knowledge in standard analytic tools (SPSS, Excel), BI software (for visualization)
► Excellent understanding and usage of digital analytics tools (Google analytics etc)
► Beneficial to have basic understanding of „data lakes" understanding of marketing and sales channels, CSO set up and PT market trends ability to align strategies with business objectives
► Able to provide requirements to IT/software
► Lead based on data, result oriented
► Data based: thinks systematically, translates insights into action
► Right communication skills to explain complex data to broader audience incl. different knowledge levels
► Analytic and negotiation skills
