Your goal as a Performance Analyst will be to seek out how to use data to give answers, solve problems, and provide insights. You'll also want to look for patterns in the events that are happening right now to predict what will happen in the future.     Besides conquering the world, your activities will be:

• Support the decision-making using data;
• Work closely with business areas and stakeholders;
• Be an influencer of a data-driven culture;
• Create and validate hypothesis;
• Perform exploratory analysis to find answers;
• Communicate all the findings in data to improve the overall operations.
• Adapt fast when priorities or situations change;
• Work with autonomy, but always having the team support;
• Maintain all dashboards and ad-hoc business queries;

 

What’s mandatory:

• Desire to have a deep understanding of our business model;
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Should be proficient at writing complex codes with languages like: Python, Pyspark or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Qlik);
• Able to communicate in English (written and spoken);
• Strong problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• Ability to understand and interpret business needs and translate them into data analysis requirements.;
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques.

• Familiarity with statistical and/or AI models.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams;
• Team player mindset;
• Python for data analysis and some automation;
• Storytelling skills;
• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
