Director, Business Intelligence

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Business Intelligence for our GTM OpsOrganization. The Director, GTM Business Intelligence will play a critical role in driving the company'sgrowth and success by providing actionable insights and strategic guidance to senior leadership and keystakeholders. This individual will lead a team responsible for developing and maintaining BI solutions,analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights that drive business outcomes specifically around therevenue operations organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the BI strategy, roadmap, and initiatives that align with business goals and
• objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, to
• identify key metrics, data sources, and business requirements.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of BI solutions, including dashboards,
• reports, and analytics tools, to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, integrity, and governance across
• the organization.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform business strategy
• and drive revenue growth.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders in a clear,
• concise, and compelling manner.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in BI and data analytics
• to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Administer and build the interconnectivity of our source systems to enable one singular view of the
• GTM Motion through Azure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related
• field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related field
• Proven track record of developing and executing BI strategies that drive business outcomes and
• support revenue growth in the SaaS industry.
• Strong technical proficiency in BI tools and technologies (primarily Power BI).
• Deep understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes with experience with
• SDFC and NetSuite.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and
• recommendations.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing
• teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical
• concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve complex business
• problems.
• Results-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable business impact and ROI.
