Job Description

We are in the exciting and cutting-edge space of autonomous driving. We are looking for passionate and experienced engineers who would join us in this journey and design algorithms fit for Level 3 – Level 5 autonomous systems

• Overall experience: 6 Years to 10 Years
• Designing computer vision and downstream algorithms
• Developing data handling and machine learning pipelines for training & understanding the data in depth
• In depth understanding of computer vision models including Object detection, SOTA feature extractors & SOTA Supervised & Unsupervised training mechanisms Implementing algorithms in robust, efficient & well-tested code.
• Ability to build algorithms from scratch & iterate quickly.

Tech skills:Python, TF/PyTorch, OpenCV, Azure ML (Good to Have)

Qualifications:

• Strong technical background. Bachelors/Master of Engineering in Computer Science or Electrical Sciences or related areas with 6 years of industry experience in designing and implementing perception algorithms.
• You are a skilled software engineer with experience in C++ and strong problem-solving skills. You are passionate about solving real-world robotics problems, and you have ideally worked on autonomous robots before. Prior knowledge of working with deep neural networks is a strong plus.
• A team player. You take ownership and work with the team to deliver exceptional results. You are interested in the performance of the entire system across engineering disciplines.
• Ability to build and iterate quickly (AGILE mindset). You enjoy working fast and smart, and you are comfortable in the earlier stages of developing an algorithm from scratch.
• Hands on. You dig deep into important details such as the sensor driver if it improves the overall system. You like working with production machine learning pipelines, from dataset collection and labeling to training and validation.
• Great communicator. You have experience writing clear, concise, and detailed documentation. Should be able to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical/different audience.
• Problem solver: You are expected to solve systemic problems.
