About the Role

•Responsible for leading all aspects of the end-to-end data operations lifecycle, ensuring the integrity, availability, and accuracy of our organizational data.
•Collaborating with cross-functional departments, and implementing efficient data processes.

Data Governance

• Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures and standards.
• Ensure compliance with data regulations and security protocols.

Data Quality Management

• Establish and make sure data quality standards, conducing regular audits to identify and resolve data issues.
• Implement processes for continuous improvement of data accuracy.

Database Management

• Be responsible for the administration and optimization of databases, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Collaborate with IT to address database-related challenges and implement scalable solutions.
