We're a diverse, global team who create Data solutions to provide an unrivalled customer experience. Whether it's churning gigabytes of ecommerce data, using AI to recommend the latest trends, or understanding our customers better than anyone else, we use data to promote FARFETCH's growth. DELHI NCR Our India office is located in a premium coworking space, situated in the heart of Gurgaon's Two Horizon Centre. It offers a unique community experience with global enterprises, unlimited coffee, Chai point counters, a pool table and a karaoke room. The office is a growing tech hub of Farfetchers from our Infrastructure and Data teams. THE ROLE We're designing impactful products and experiences that fulfil all our customer and partner needs from fashion lovers to the brands, boutiques and startups that operate within our platform ecosystem. Our team covers the website and apps, all our B2B products and in-store experiences. We're passionate about what we can achieve together, researching, testing, launching and refining new products to push the boundaries of what's never been done before.


  • Create automated dashboards to measure KPIs and perform data validation to support hypothesis
  • Custom reporting with SQL and BI tool to provide valuable information to stakeholders and leadership
  • Business cases to support prioritizations
  • Recommend and run A/B or multivariate tests and assess test status using statistical analysis
  • Work with the Product teams to implement data collection and cleansing projects to build data structures
  • Build great relationships with your team members and other analytics teams - influencing business KPIs, roadmaps and prioritisation
  • Create and support customer analytics models to understand customer online behavior


  • A professional with 2 years of experience with data analytics, with e-commerce orientation (mandatory)
  • A graduate of a Bachelor of Science program or a higher level post-secondary educational program in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Operation Research, or quantitative disciplines
  • Experience with Excel, SQL and BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
  • Experience with English, both written and spoken
  • Experienced in applying data and analytics to solve real-world problems and create new solutions
  • You will need to change directions quickly to respond to new information and changing circumstances
