What you get to do everyday

• Work as a part of a collaborative centralized data team to empower a rapidly growing organization to make data-driven improvements
• Work with business partners to identify the key metrics for their product or vertical and help integrate data into their day to day operations
• Make data accessible to your business partners by building and maintaining dashboards and reports in Looker and other data visualization tools
• Discover key insights from the dashboards and reports you build to drive business improvements
• Train business partners how to use your dashboards and reports to empower them them to use data to drive their decisions
• Drive efficiency and documentation improvements across the organization

What you bring to the role 

• 0-2 years of experience
• a BA/BS in a quantitative field or a  BA/BS in behavioral science (economics, psychology, etc.) with strong statistics aptitude 
• Experience with data visualization software such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Experience with SQL
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis
• A love for learning
• Desire to help and work with people
• Strong intrinsic motivation to make things better
