Cytomos Limited
Predictive analytics for faster biological and cell therapiesDescription
Cytomos® believes in affordable biopharmaceuticals, such as COVID-19 vaccines and cell therapies, serving the world’s growing population, made possible by intelligent bioprocessing. We have developed and patented a proprietary single-cell resolution analysis method that directly matches the unmet needs of intelligent bioprocessing, currently limited by barriers in analytical techniques. Cytomos® Dielectric Spectroscopy (CDS™) requires no extrinsic manipulation of the cells under test, providing a truly unbiased analysis that can be applied across drug production stages. We have recently launched our first demonstrator units to showcase the capabilities of CDS™ in optimising drug production with partners in the bioprocessing industry. Cytomos® now seeks an Applied Mathematician to establish bespoke and proprietary analysis algorithms, leveraging the unique nature of CDS™, to extract the most relevant and actionable information for our end-users and hence deliver the greatest value to our partners.
Your primarily role will be to develop our signal processing pipeline to fully exploit and demonstrate the efficacy of CDS™ in various bioprocessing applications. As Applied Mathematician, you will be responsible for defining and implementing algorithmic methods to generate, extract, compare and contrast sub-cellular characteristics from high dimensional, single-cell resolution datasets. You will join a small, highly capable, cross-disciplinary team of biological scientists and engineers, and leverage these skills to ensure the information embodied in CDS™ data is robust, insightful, relevant and accessible to our end-users. This is a fantastic opportunity to join and grow with Cytomos® as we revolutionise intelligent bioprocessing.
