We are seeking a Navy Veteran (Officer/Chief Petty Officer) with at least 10 years of Navy Experience that is familiar with shipboard training systems and managing Department/Division routines to fill the CNSP Surface Force Training Requirements and Data Analyst position as part of the CNSP/ATGPAC Training Support Team. This role provides a great opportunity to use your experience to help shape Fleet training requirements, assist in training process improvements, and impact the warfighting efficiency of ships' crews. Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of Navy experience.
  • Shipboard training system experience as mid-level leadership (DH, Training Team Lead, or Training Officer) managing Department/Division routines.
  • Experience working with TORIS, FLTMPS, Battle E submissions, Basic and Advanced Phase training.
  • Ability to conduct comparative analysis of CPF Surface Navy units executing Operational Fleet Readiness Plan (OFRP).
  • Knowledge of Shipboard Mission Area Certification Processes.
  • Must be knowledge and experienced with how Ship and Fleet Non-Combat Expenditure Allowance (NCEA) is planned and promulgated.
  • Must understand how Critical NECs and NEC gaps impact ship readiness and preparedness during the Training Phase.
  • Must have experience planning and scheduling of Critical and Required Schools.
  • Understand the Surface Navy Basic Phase training processes Surface Force Training and Readiness Manual (SFTRM)
  • Have familiarity with POM process and process to submit POM issues.
  • Surface Warfare Training Strategy and Fleet Training Wholeness Strategy

Personnel Clearance Level:

  • Possess an active DoD issued Secret security clearance.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university - no specific discipline.

Software/Programs Experience:

  • Microsoft Office Suite

Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):

  • Develop and present PowerPoint briefs that highlight issues and solutions to higher leadership.
  • Conduct workshops, organize, and run meetings to identify Program Objectives and Milestones. (POAM)
  • Produce administrative and operational efficiencies and or process improvements.
  • Identify, track, catalogue, and prioritize shipboard training system problems, shortfalls, and issues.

Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000 annually.
