What are the responsibilities of our Quant Researcher?

In this role, you will get to:

• Research and develop end-to-end quantitative models and strategies that generate excess returns and meet investment objectives
• Work closely with peers and the CIO to actively monitor and manage deployed trading strategies
• Collaborate with other researchers and software engineers to optimize investment performance
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to improve investment strategies
• Drive team-wide best practices and championing the company's high-performance culture

Requirements for this role are:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in data science, mathematics, statistics, physics, or a related field
• Exceptional quantitative and research skills, with 3+ years of experience in developing, testing, and managing quantitative trading strategies
• Professional proficiency in Python and a working knowledge of Git
• Sound knowledge of Equities, Cryptocurrencies, and Macroeconomics
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English) and the ability to work effectively in a team-orientated environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines

Nice to have:

• Experience with machine learning and deep learning
• Experience with portfolio construction and management
• Knowledge of AWS tools and services
