What You’ll Do:

DeepIntent is seeking an Machine Learning Operations Engineer to join our European Data Infrastructure team. The MLOps Engineer will assist the Data Science team in creating a high-end machine learning platform in our data centre based on Python, Spark, Docker, and Kubernetes.

  • Design ML deployment and support systems, including architecture and tool selection
  • Work closely with the Data Science team to help them adopt best practices and migrate their workloads to the MLOps platfrom
  • Continuously improve code base and its maintainability
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables in a timely manner
  • Work with business units on Product development

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong software engineering skills in complex, distributed, multi-language systems (Python preferred)
  • Experience with Spark, Docker and Kubernetes
  • Good understanding of Linux
  • Experience building end-to-end systems
  • Experience developing and maintaining ML systems built with open source tools (e.g. Metaflow, Airflow)
  • Strong understanding of software testing, benchmarking, and continuous integration
  • Ability to understand tools used by data scientists
  • An enthusiastic learner who has a thirst for keeping up with new and various technologies
  • A strong collaborator in small, cross-domain, distributed team environments
