CRM Data Analyst

Job Description

We invite those who:

• Creates, maintans and scales the data warehouse, automates ETL processes from various systems
• Automates the process of checking the relevance of uploaded data
• Provides regular filling of the database with information about clients received from external sources
• Automates and creates the scripts needed to generate regular reports and execute ad-hoc queries 
• Transforms large datasets into a business idea with data analytics
• Explores and applies statistical learning techniques to discover patterns in data
• Implements statistical methods to solve specific business problems
• Generates predictive statistics and user behavior patterns to improve and optimize business operations, customer experience, and other business outcomes
• SQL Advanced user and familiar with Python/R/BI
• Has 5+ year relevant experience (customers’ database management, customers segments) 
• Has 5+ year experience in areas with high data-centricity processes (banks, telecomm)
