Job Description

Responsible for assisting in all aspects of the dynamic creative media operations function within Publicis Production.  In this role you will be the primary lead on data integrations to DCO and content versioning within Publicis Production.   You will be expected to master the concepts of dynamic creative set-up and decision trees within the DCO platform being utilized by the client.  You will work closely with both creative asset development and production teams, as well as media traffic teams in the process of preparing, implementing, managing, and QA’ing dynamic creative media campaigns.   You will be a valuable contributor to an overall practice by designing and implementing best practices as it relates to data feeds (set-up, QA, and management), configurations, data schemas, and implementation.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for being key contributor to a media client operations team that includes, buying, placing, and configuring media platforms for creative asset distribution from a centralized ad server.  This role may evolve to oversee additional employees to support Creative Media Operations on the account but initially there will be no direct reports. 

  • Collaborate with a large media team to execute digital media campaigns through the management of the dynamic creative ad server
  • Work closely with account media operations and traffic team to design and deploy best in class process for dynamic creative activation
  • Work closely with strategy and production teams to ensure assets are properly set-up and configured in dynamic creative platform for campaign delivery
  • Set-up and manage data feeds into DCO and Creative Versioning Systems
  • Demonstrate ability to advise on data structure and categorizations for creative strategy and production teams
  • Demonstrate or develop familiarity with ad tech ecosystem including but not limited to: DSP, DMP’s, CDP’s, TMS’s, etc. 
  • Set-up and configure all decisioning rules for dynamic creative within dynamic creative ad server
  • Work with Creative Media Ops team to maintain and QA data feeds into DCO and versioning systems
  • Work with account digital media traffic team to design and deploy workflow and process to flawless execute digital media campaigns with dynamic creative
  • Works with agency and client stakeholders to coordinates and integrate, all assigned media/traffic activities based on client needs, urgency, and /or volume of work
  • Maintains positive relationships with clients and vendors
  • Maintains level of accountability for decision making and use of written, verbal, and professional communications by his/her direct reports.
  • Maintains familiarity with current industry standards and remains alert to new developments that may or may not impact operational practices
  • Partner with Client creative agencies for the exchange of information regarding preparation and activation of digital media campaigns and creative decisioning.
  • Anticipate and troubleshoot problems, coordinate simultaneous plans, oversee scheduling, and develop solutions to workflow delays
  • Performs pre and post launch QA to ensure flawless execution of dynamic creative media campaigns
  • Must be available to respond to urgent issues as needed after normal working business hours, weekends, holidays
  • Develop and deploy documentation best practices of data integration process and procedures

Qualifications

  • College educated preferred, but not required
  • 5+ years of experience running digital media campaigns and operations in ad servers and/or dynamic creative technology platforms
  • Strong demonstrated knowledge of API’s and data feeds
  • Knowledge of concepts such as, SOAP, XML, REST, JSON
  • Knowledge and understanding of data layers JavaScript objects
  • Knowledge of data schemas and data structure
  • Experience managing data fees such as – geo, weather, product, site navigation, etc.
  • High attention to detail and quality assurance to ensure flawless activation of digital media campaigns
  • Knowledge of digital media assets and modular creative
  • Knowledge of AdTech traffic systems and infrastructure
  • Experience with programming logic and decision trees
  • Proactive in problem solving and developing new processes and materials to run an Operations team
  • Must exude professional attitude
  • Will be required to obtain relevant certifications in account ad tech platforms

Compensation Range: $115,500- $194,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
