Data Analyst Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Chịu trách nhiệm quản trị nhân sự, bao gồm tuyển dụng nhân sự, đào tạo nhân viên mới team Vận hành;
• Lập kế hoạch theo dõi, giám sát và đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc của nhân viên; 
• Thực hiện các thủ tục về nhân sự theo chính sách của công ty;
• Đánh giá kế hoạch, chiến lược trong sản xuất, cung cấp dịch vụ của doanh nghiệp; 
• Chỉ đạo các hoạt động để nâng cao năng suất, chất lượng cho sản phẩm, dịch vụ;
• Giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến khiếu nại nội bộ;
• Lập kế hoạch, dự toán ngân sách theo từng năm và đưa ra giải pháp khắc phục các vấn đề về tài chính;
• Quản lý quy trình sử dụng sản phẩm, dịch vụ, thiết bị trong doanh nghiệp;
• Tối ưu quy trình liên quan các vấn đề giao vận;
• Đảm bảo môi trường làm việc trong doanh nghiệp luôn an toàn, lành mạnh, hợp pháp;
• Duy trì môi trường làm việc an toàn và lành mạnh bằng cách thiết lập, tuân theo và thực thi các tiêu chuẩn, quy trình cũng như tuân thủ quy định pháp luật.

Requirements

• Sử dụng thành thạo SQL, Power BI, Python;
• Tối thiểu 1 năm quản lý team quy mô trên 10 người ;
• Tốt nghiệp Đại học / Cao đẳng chuyên ngành kinh tế, Logistics, Quản trị nhân lực, Marketing…Kiến thức chuyên môn, nghiệp vụ vững vàng;
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt;
• Kỹ năng lãnh đạo;
• Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm;
• Kỹ năng quản lý rủi ro, giải quyết vấn đề.
