Data Analytics Lead

CleverCards are seeking a Data Analytics Lead to join their Marketing Team. The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate information into meaningful, actionable insights that drive business results for this successful fintech company.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize disparate data sources into digestible and practical reports and provide compelling client-focused intelligence to key stakeholders of the firm.
• Lead analytics and reporting for digital communication channels, include web, social media, earned and paid media, and email.
• Providing a combination of business reporting, and marketing analytics
• Build interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI and Google Analytics to enable self-service access, and drive greater marketing effectiveness.
• Provide thorough analysis of the performance of brand marketing campaigns (short and long-term) as well as their impact on our main business KPIs.
• Act as an expert in brand marketing analytics, keeping up to date with the newest trends in and implementing innovative solutions to increase the efficiency and accuracy of the brand marketing measurement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar data analytics role
• Excellent understanding of marketing and statistical methods such as AB testing and incremental uplift
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience in platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
• Highly logical with the ability to apply easy-to-understand frameworks to deal with complex issues
• Proven experience in managing data and synthesizing key insights across multiple data sets
• Excellent communication skills and experience creating strategic impact via synthesized and holistic storytelling.
• Strong business reporting experience

In Q4 2022 we will be launching CleverCards Business Accounts, enabling Administrators to open a Business Bank Account (IBAN) and instantly issue unlimited Digital Mastercard’s to every team member, with Administrators setting unique card controls (card limit, expiry date and where it can be spent), get spend notifications on all business cards through a simple payment software application designed to control spend, remove cost and save employers, employees and contractors time in managing a wide variety of online and offline business expenses.

CleverCards is currently operating in Western Europe with plans to enter the United States in the future.
