What can you expect?

Academy Period

As a Trainee, you will follow a tailor-made online training course (instructor led) from home, delivered in English. The time you spend following the training can be compared to a full-time working week. In the first 10 weeks, you will learn important theory and be taught the skills and competences needed to enter the job market. You will be introduced to the most relevant topics and BI tools. The program consists of a blended learning environment. Examples of digital classes include Analytics 101, Scripting via GIT and Data in Python.

The last two weeks of the traineeship are all about putting all the knowledge into practice. Together with a project team, you will simulate a case. You conclude the traineeship with a final presentation of your work.

Post Graduation Period
In the next 12 months, you will start working at a top level employer as BI Specialist or Data Engineer or Data Analyst or Data Analytics Consultant! During this period, you will not only put your knowledge into practice but also develop new skills. We will continue to follow and guide you, as we will assign you to a talent coach who keeps in touch with you and you will have access to tech e-learning platforms!

What does the application process look like?
👉If you apply for the Data Analytics Academy, your application will proceed as follows:

• If your profile matches the training program, we will invite you for a first interview.
• Do both sides click? Then we will ask you to take two assessments: 👉Python/SQL test and Analysis/Reasoning test.
• If you pass these, a second interview will follow.

Requirements

• Graduates of Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics and overall STEM. We also accept applicants who have pending dissertation for graduation and/or up to 2 courses pending
• MSc studies related to Data/Business Analysis will be highly appreciated
• Basic knowledge of SQL (Queries) & Databases. Some exposure with Python will definitely help you
• Any personal projects / e-learning certifications related to the domain will be highly appreciated
• Have basic knowledge about data analysis/engineering from your studies and/or a previous job
• Being Tech Savvy
• Have a good command of the English languages, both verbally and in writing, as courses are taught in English
• You can work both independently and in a team
• A PC/Laptop to attend the courses

Right now, the offered roles are for Athens, Attiki, so you need to be a resident of Attiki region or able to relocate
