About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced developer to join our team. The primary role of this position is to develop computer vision data pipelines and 3D annotation tools.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

• Develop a centralized machine learning data pipeline to facilitate labeling across multiple teams and applications.
• Develop 3D tools in Unity and Unreal Engine 5 for annotation of computer vision data that plays a critical role in our machine learning pipeline. 
• Develop advanced features for automatic generation of realistic 3D characters, scenes and animations. 
• Define and improve user interfaces in tools and workflows between scientists and data annotators.
• Working with scientists, engineers and data annotators to improve workflows 
• Participating in team scrums and agile sprint planning and review sessions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• At least five years of relevant experience working in fast-paced, small teams 
• Two or more years of experience developing data pipelines or databases and their client applications
• Demonstrated excellence in Python and proficiency C#, C++ or one other language

BONUS POINTS

• Proficiency with SQL, JSON, DVC, GraphQL and other data storage technologies
• Demonstrated work experience in Unity or Unreal Engine 
• Experience with REST APIs
• Proficiency with Blender, Maya, or other 3D character animation tools  
• Experience with character rigging, animation, materials, rendering, etc.
• Machine learning experience, or exposure to machine learning concepts
