Job Description

As the Programmatic Data Specialist, you will become the day-to-day operational point of contact for managing all Marketing data across the APEX programmatic buying unit and report to the Programmatic Director.

You will work across regional Guaranteed Outcomes accounts, and help drive the reporting and measurement roadmap in order to deliver best-in-class media analytics reporting and insight generation; gather requirements from key client teams, and develop onboarding plans to ensure data availability for all stakeholders.  You will also lead the approach to Digital, Data, and Technology (DDT) excellence with a particular focus on streamlining processes and driving automation efficiencies.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Preparation of regular reports, identifying and analysing trends and providing insights to the internal Programmatic teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure data availability, manage and maintain the flow of data into client 3P databases and data warehouses, (i.e., Datarama).  Collaborating with internal teams on strategy, data collection, reporting templates, dashboards & visualisation
  • Create operational excellence frameworks and processes to ensure the APEX programmatic team maximise the use of actionable data and insight automating the end-to-end process where possible
  • Analyse performance of digital media campaigns and identify actionable optimizations
  • Support the Account Management in campaign reports, summarising performance in client-friendly output (excel, PPT, etc.) with clear learnings and takeaways

Qualifications

  • Highly proficient in working with large data sets that are regularly updated in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solver who learns from mistakes and is looking for new approaches and solutions in addressing issues
  • Strong technical background with an understanding of the programmatic landscape and experience with programmatic platforms and tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Data visualization skills ideally experience using Google Data Studio
  • Experience with platforms for key digital partners such as Google DV360, GA360, The Trade Desk, AAP etc
  • SQL & Basic Python/R experience will be desirable
