POSITION SUMMARY: The Data Quality Manager is responsible for the monitoring, presentation, and improvement of QualityControl metrics, including but not limited to metric/data presentation, Quality Control staff management,
and quality improvement project development. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain quality, efficiency, and process metrics for Customer Operations Departments (Customer Experience, Accessioning, Reporting, Internal Data Entry)
- Manage, train, and develop the remote Quality Control staff and Training and Development staff according to the needs of the business, company policies and applicable regulations and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements to ensure department procedures are streamlined to meet quality/efficiency goals and improve overall customer experience.
- Coordinate with the above-mentioned departments to:
o Organize and maintain metrics for communication in cross-team discussions on
performance and productivity
o Formulate in conjunction with Data Analytics the development of dashboards to present
these metrics
o Lead discussion in process improvement rooted in the analysis and implications of these
metrics related to Operations, Manufacturing, and/or customer feedback
o Continually evaluate and improve training requirements for department staff - Engage with (or may lead) quality networks as well as the business unit and associates toward
the effective promotion and alignment of organizational goals to the company’s mission and
vision. - Continuously evaluate progress toward objectives adapting them to meet customer and business
needs - Pursue and actively manage key stakeholder relationships that support the broader strategy that
are impacted by plant/business/function objectives - Maintain positive and cooperative communication and collaboration with all levels of employees,
customer, contractors, and vendors. - Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure
Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of
hire. - Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements.
- Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study preferred.
- A minimum of 3-8 years of supervisory experience or equivalent.
- Extensive experience mentoring/managing QC personnel with diverse technical background
- Proven track record of successful projects that increase efficiency, improve quality, and reduce
cost - Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing experience desired
- Experience with development and documentation of standard operating procedures.
- Strong decision-making skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem analysis and resolution abilities
