How you will make an impact

• Enhance data capabilities by designing, implementing, building and maintaining robust and highly scalable solutions/data pipelines, providing data to different stakeholders and across the organization
• Follow best practices and create methodologies for the team
• Collaborate with  various stakeholders - Engineering teams, Analytics and CxOs
• Keep track of data quality ensuring data reliability. Correcting discrepancies when needed and establishing better processes 
• Work in fast-paced environment with competing demands and maintaining critical data systems

What you need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering - architecting, designing, implementing and operating large-scale data solutions and pipelines
• Experience with Apache Airflow, dbt and AWS
• Experience with SQL
• Advanced programming skills (preferably in Python)
• Ability to work in a complex technological environment
• Ability to translate business needs into different data models
• Independent, self-learner passionate about data
• Great leadership and interpersonal communication skills, open to building a team around them
