The Role

The primary objective of this role is to build analytics and provide insights within the Client Intelligence team on subjects including client/prospect profiling, sales lifecycles, client journey mapping, industry research and competitor analysis. These projects aim to help us understand and scale our market impact, client/product strategy and sales efforts. This brand-new role will set you up within a vastly impactful new department (Client Intelligence) and present a variety of career progression opportunities in a growing firm. We are seeking an experienced individual who can create and implement new analytics, workflows and dashboards to feed into data driven strategies. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to autonomously manage their own projects and build processes with the support of the Client Intelligence team and other key stakeholders in the business through data analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide insights and intelligence for use across the company to inform direction on business decisions
  • Create strategies and proposals from the insights generated through data analysis
  • Build statistical tools to employ techniques that analyse TH client/prospect behaviour, trends and requirements
  • Ensure accuracy and optimisation of our internal tooling and client intelligence software (including CRM and DB), particularly with regards to the accuracy of the sales pipeline and customer/prospect information.
  • Collate, clean and visualise data from several internal tools, and external sources, to produce/present reports for key stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Build, manage and update new workflows and dashboards to provide insights on clients, prospects, and wider market data

Requirements

Essential Skills/Competencies

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in either Python, C#, SQL or any object-oriented language
  • Experience with building and improving statistical models and techniques
  • Experience using a relational database
  • Outstanding presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and keen to voice suggestions for team/company strategies
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • BSc degree in STEM, data science, or another related field
  • Knowledge of financial markets would be beneficial
