Adoc Talent Management is looking for a Senior Data Scientist (M/F). Our client is a MedTech scale up in remote patient monitoring and cardiac data management solutions. It is a fast-growing start-up providing a cutting-edge innovative platform that permits an effectual patient care using machine learning and data generated from different health data hubs in order to help professionals predicting and monitoring patient’s health status. The dynamic and human-sized team offers a very stimulating work environment, encouraging autonomy and creativity.

Position

As a part of the data team, you will bring your technical expertise, noticeably, your expertise in python, machine learning and statistics, coding and data processing, and AWS services while reporting to the head of data.

You will be expected to participate in the development of data science tools, the optimization of AI- based medical devices, and the stimulation of data usage in order to generate insights at company level.

Thanks to your full stack technical skills, you will be playing a vital role in transmitting your knowledge to your team members, optimizing the platform, and ensuring its efficiency and scalability, while participating in the scientific literature reviews and scientific paper writing.

Moreover, in close collaboration with your manager, you will be proactive in proposing new ideas to build analytical systems and predictive models and working together to constantly improve your skills.

The position is to be filled in Paris as soon as possible.

Profile

You hold a PhD or master’s / engineering degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or in a relevant discipline, completed with at least 5 years of experience, ideally with large volumes of data and open-source code / software development. An experience on health data or medical device software would be a plus, or on longitudinal data and times series.

You are recognized as a STAR in Python programing and can transfer best practices to your colleagues. You possess advanced working knowledge in SQL languages, AWS services, machine learning and statistics, and the implementation of scalable data pipelines using Docker and agile methodologies such as Scrum and CI/CD.

To collaborate efficiently with your fellow colleagues and fit in the company’s culture, you show up excellent analytical, project management and interpersonal skills, and English and French proficiency.

You are highly organized, attentive to detail, autonomous, far-sighted, able to anticipate and multitask in a versatile environment. You are recognized as a team player, efficient with a desire to innovate.
