Accountabilities:
As the D&A Leader, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the Data & Analytics Product Roadmap, building synergy between data governance and management teams, and collaborating with business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making. You will also be accountable for developing cross-functional partnerships, identifying and connecting regional and global resources for GSC&S, and providing leadership, coaching, and guidance for the local teams.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Data Science, Informatics, computer science, or statistics
- Proven 10+ years of work experience in data and analytics 
- Significant experience in implementing Data governance practices and solutions to ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance in a relevant industry
- Strong background in data architecture and data engineering.
- Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Hands-on experience working with platforms like MS Azure, Databricks, Cloud
- Proficient Knowledge of some key programming fundamentals in Python, Spark, SQL, or similar languages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse, global team within and across functions.

- Master's or PhD degree
- Experience in life sciences and healthcare and working across the drug research and development lifecycle.
- Intimate knowledge of relevant key business processes
- Network of relevant contacts and relationships
- Data Governance and Data Management education and certifications
- Applied data management and data science skills
