Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain data/dashboard governance practices, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
Support to analyze complex data sets and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data management process improvement and automation.
Initiate workflow of CRM operations and figure out how to pull out the data and develop the dashboard from end-to-end CRM processes.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics to continuously enhance the organization's data capabilities.
Customer profiling, segmentation and targeting.
Allocate Sales territory/target clearly & fairly to sales rep by reviewing target factors and evaluate.
Develop and manage the incentive process aligned with business strategic goals.
Analyses of Sales data and Sales force activity to identify Risk & Opportunities.
Provide actionable insights to commercial teams and all key stakeholders, ensure best practices, and develop continuous improvement plan.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Total 10+ years‘ experience and at least 5+ years’ experience in Commercial Excellence or Data Analytics. (additional sales/channel marketing experience preferred)
Proficiency in data visualization techniques and designing impactful dashboards.
Strong proficiency in MS Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
Experience in CRM (Salesforce.com) key users and its operational processes.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A strong sense of responsibility and a hands-on approach – always striving to get the job done to satisfaction.
Works effectively as part of a team, with a strong ethic to support and help to achieve team objectives as well as individual role objectives.
Fluent in English who can clearly communicate, verbally and in writing.
Result-oriented, skillful communication, high-powered negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and project management
