About the Role

To supplement the existing AIA Cloud Operations team in Malaysia by providing operational governance and support to AIA Business Unit’s within the Cloud environment.

This role is specifically focused on optimization and streamlining Azure AI Services & Machine Learning.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Handle Azure AI Services and Machine Learning related operations and delivery of services in Azure Cloud Platform.

Providing Technical assistance and support to the internal business unit regarding Azure AI & Machine learning solutions.

Deployment, Troubleshooting, POC’s for the above-mentioned services and growing the scope to all the Azure Cloud Services.

Ensure platform is performant and resilient.

Collaborate with partners to develop comprehensive solutions and support.

Translate business objectives into streams of work.

Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and other leaders.

Mentor and empower delivery teams & remove blockers for delivery teams.

Support product owners and delivery teams in application health.

Enable Strategic Delivery Partners to deliver valued outcomes.

Proactively lead performance issues in Applications wherever necessary.

Build strong relationships with internal customers, partners, and integration teams.

Provide technical advice and direction to teams and customers.

Deliver technical solutions that drive innovation and business outcomes in an Agile way of working.

Ensure successful implementation of technology strategies that align with divisional corporate goals and strategies.
