Product Manager

Primary Skills Required:

• Hands-on knowledge in machine learning, deep learning, TensorFlow, NLP
• Must have Python/Java / C#, SQL very strong in coding.
• Expertise in REST API development, NoSQL design, RDBMS design
• Should be familiar by integrating AI/ML Model services with application & tools
• Should be capable of analyzing structure & unstructured data
• Must have API, microservice and public cloud experience is an advantage
• Experience in PRPC or Pega Robotics
• DevOps and Security guard rails is an advantage.
• Good to have cloud services experience
• Understanding of functional design principles, object-oriented programming principles, basic algorithms

Experience Required:

• Should have experience with a deep learning framework such as TensorFlow or Keras or NLP
• Proficiency writing code in Python, Java / .Net
• Proficiency with Python and basic libraries for machine learning such as scikit-learn and pandas
• Knowledge in Text mining & classification -11
• Knowledge to create code to perform log analyser and create structured data
• Experience in Image Processing & Classification using OCR Model or CNN LSTM 
• Ability to use different text classification technics  ex. Naive Bayes Classifier/Sentiment Classification
• Ability to use various ML algorithm supported by MLlib
• Expertise in visualising and manipulating datasets
• Proficiency with OpenCV
• Experience in REST API development, and RDBMS design and optimisations
• Knowledge of basic algorithms and object-oriented and functional design principles
• Knowledge of data structures, data modelling, and software architecture
• Knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms
• Familiarity with Linux
• Ability to select hardware to run an ML model with the required latency
• Develop descriptive programing for automation to develop complicated solutions. 
• Experience with Iterative software development practices, agile practices and successful teamwork and production deployments in high volume environment 
• Ability and willingness to work in fast paced and dynamic environment 
• Excellent interpersonal skills in handling both internal and external teams and business customers

• Develop automation design and structure automation packaging
• Develop machine learning algorithms and tools
• Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods
• Create training model as a product like “Log Analyzer”, “Classifications – text/email”
• Train systems and retrain as necessary
• Develop and perform machine learning tests cases/suits
• Develop Case managers and NLP solutions using Pega and explore open source tools. 
• Should have technology exposure python, C#/Java, PRPC, Pega Robotics, SQL. 
• Participate in reviews to ensure all requirements are met through design, build and implementation phases
• Manage and direct research and development processes to meet the needs of our AI strategy
• Develop machine learning app & component in alignment with project requirements and business goals
• Work with the engineering and leadership teams on the functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, and training of AI/ML solutions
• Advise leaders on technology, strategy, and policy issues related to AI/ML
• Certification over AI/ML is an advantage
