Junior HR Data Analyst

• Collect, compile and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics;
• Maintain HR data quality in the platform;
• Look and compare existing data with the external statistics and benchmarks;
• Carry out basic statistical analysis, identify trends and make recommendations based on data analysis;
• Draft business review narratives and additional deep dive findings where needed;
• Support HR projects, including survey design and analysis, to gather employee data for engagement, satisfaction, offboarding and onboarding analytics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to the HR team and management.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in data, experience in HR or business data analytics is an advantage;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
• Solid problem-solving skills;
• Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations;
• Familiarity with database technologies and tools, data warehousing, transformation, and processing;
• Good research abilities;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite;
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView is a plus.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian is a plus.
