WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Marketing Data Analyst who is going to be covering substantial areas of responsibility within the PRoduct Marketing domain.

The ideal candidate should have a relevant (product) marketing analytics experience, an ability to describe complex technical concepts in simple terms, and generate and test valid hypotheses. He/She will become a reliable analytics business partner for the Product Marketing domain within Manychat.

The Product Marketing Data Analyst will join the analytics team in Barcelona and will collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Director.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

There are several areas to be covered within this role within a close collaboration with Product Marketing team:

  1. Lifecycle Marketing Projects:
    • Develop and maintain customer lifecycle models
    • Analyze and optimize customer journey touchpoints
    • Identify key metrics and KPIs for each lifecycle stage
    • Create segmentation strategies based on lifecycle stages and behaviors
    • Develop retention and reactivation strategies using data-driven insights
  2. Email Marketing Projects:
    • Design and implement email performance tracking and reporting systems
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates)
    • Optimize email send times, frequencies, and content based on data insights
    • Develop and maintain email segmentation strategies
    • Collaborate on A/B testing strategies for email campaigns
  3. Product Marketing Projects:
    • Analyze product usage patterns and feature adoption rates
    • Identify opportunities for product-led growth initiatives
    • Measure and optimize onboarding processes
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns
    • Provide data-driven insights for product positioning and messaging
  4. Cross-functional Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure accurate and reliable data for lifecycle, email, and product marketing analysis
    • Work closely with marketing and product teams to translate analytical insights into actionable strategies
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key stakeholders
    • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in marketing strategies based on data analysis
    • Collaborate with Billing & Platform team on tracking pricing, packaging and promotional initiatives through lifecycle and in-product experience
    • Work with Marketing and Product analytics to create comprehensive view on PMM activities across multiple surface

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Must haves:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in marketing analytics, with a strong focus on lifecycle marketing, email campaigns, and product marketing
  • Demonstrated expertise in:
    • customer lifecycle analysis
    • marketing analytics and campaign optimization
    • product adoption and usage analysis and optimisation
    • PLG methodology
  • Strong technical skills (SQL, Python, BI tools)
  • Experience with marketing platforms and email marketing tools
  • Ability to formulate and test hypotheses related to customer lifecycle, email performance, and product adoption
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for understanding customer behavior and improving marketing effectiveness
