Data analyst

Are you experienced Data analyst who would like to support closely the business in the area where lot of things needs to be started from scratch? As a Data analyst you will support our teams to unlock the insights for data-driven decisions. As a key member of the cross-functional team you will understand the business problems and bring relevant data to facilitate decisions. Ensuring data availability will be crucial part of your job. Some of them might be already available in our warehouse or systems like CRM. Some of them we need to request from the government, sick funds, or healthcare providers. And for some of them you will need to invent a way together with the team how to get them – for example using your colleagues in the field. You will cover all lifecycle from data acquisition through the consolidation and processing into providing insights and enabling the data discovery and drilling.

We expect you to be able to help your team members to do data-driven decision on marketing, sales, or brand.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Secure analytical capabilities to deliver the insights addressing the key business opportunities
• Perform ad-hoc and flexible analysis, deliver the BI projects for business
• Conduct customer data analysis by activating and deploying the 360-customer view
• Prepare the market data analysis for brand / portfolio strategies
• Create reports, dashboards, and analysis for our portfolio and related campaigns
• Participate and drive data-driven discussions, translate data into insights, motivate team to do data-driven decisions
• Partner with the cluster team to deliver new analytical and digital capabilities or marketing experiments
• Understand the complex data structures and apply analytical methods to derive actionable recommendations by transforming raw data into meaningful insights to optimize the campaign performance and digital channels' utilization

Your profile:

• Excellent communication skills, capable of talking to people across IT and business, as well as to stakeholders at various levels of the company
• Hands-on approach, proactivity
• QlikSense dashboard development skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power query
• Fluent English
• Czech native speaker
