Founding Engineer

TalenTailors is looking for a talented and driven Founding Engineer to join our customers` team.

Responsibilities:

• Own product features: Transform customer requirements into high-quality code
• Iterate on publication-grade ML: Brainstorm new ML methods to significantly enhance agent behavior
• Wear many hats: Adapt to diverse tasks involving frontend, backend, infrastructure, and ML
• Move mountains: Go the extra mile to drive the company's progress

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
• Proven engineering experience of at least 4 years within a startup environment
• Proficiency in Python and backend technologies such as FastAPI, Flask, and Django
• Proficient in both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) database technologies
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or similar
• Strong ability to effectively manage workload and work under pressure in a high-demand, competitive environment
• Excellent teamwork skills with a strong work ethic
• Passionate about solving challenging problems alongside highly intelligent individuals
