As our Head of Product, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the vision, strategy, and development of our AI-driven platform. Collaborating closely with the founders, development team, and marketing & sales teams, you will leverage deep customer insights to accurately address and anticipate customer needs. As one of the early team members in a rapidly growing startup, you will have the unique opportunity to set the foundational direction of the product and significantly influence the company’s trajectory. Joining our team at this early stage means you’ll be taking on a variety of responsibilities and you will need to be hands-on.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Product Leadership: Define and execute product strategy, guiding the vision and direction to ensure alignment with our ambitious growth objectives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver products that align with market needs.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including market research, prototype development, testing, and go-to-market strategy.
• Customer focussed: Drive product innovation by deeply understanding customer needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate these insights into actionable product features that deliver value to users and competitive advantages in the market.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
  
  

About You:

• At least 4 years of experience in Product Management
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to make decisions based on a combination of data, intuition, and experience.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of product management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle pressure and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
