Job Description

LOCATIONS: Gurgaon/ Noida/ Pune/ Jaipur/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 14+yrs
• Must have: Retail and CPG - General Experience, Data Science solutioning, Python (Strong), Machine Learning Fundamentals
• Extensive experience in data mining and statistical analysis.
• Experience mapping data models from different data sources.
• Knowledge of graph models and graph query languages.
• Hands-on experience with algorithms and data models tailored to industry needs.
• In-depth knowledge of ML algorithms and programming languages (Python and SQL).
• Experience with predictive analytics, including predictive maintenance, prescriptive simulations, anomaly detection, system optimization, and forecasts.
• Experience solving business problems using data-driven products.
• Exposure to deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras) and generative AI.
• Experience with cloud AI/ML services.
• Ability to identify and resolve strategic data issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with digital marketing tools/platforms for personalizing end-user experiences.
• Knowledge of B2C, Retail, and CPG industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct data mining and statistical analysis to derive insights from various data sources.
• Map data models and design solutions that cater to business needs.
• Develop and implement ML algorithms and predictive analytics solutions.
• Perform hands-on predictive analytics, including maintenance, simulations, anomaly detection, optimization, and forecasting.
• Solve business-related problems using data-driven products across different domains.
• Experiment with deep learning frameworks and apply generative AI techniques.
• Utilize cloud AI/ML services for various data science projects.
• Identify and resolve strategic data issues to meet technical and business goals.
• Communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to leverage data for personalized user experiences.
• Apply knowledge of B2C, Retail, and CPG industries to develop relevant data solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
