Regional Data Enablement & Analytics Manager

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, analytics engineers, and BI professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Deliver business insights and data products under APAC responsibilities
• Drive the implementation of data enablement program, enhancing data capabilities in BI self-services
• Serve as a business partner to effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients, manage priorities, and address demand
• Work closely with data science and engineering teams to execute data products, leveraging cross-functional expertise to achieve project goals

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, with a significant portion in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong experience in engaging with and managing relationships with stakeholders and clients
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or similar
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to think strategically about data and its role in driving and enabling business decisions and outcomes
