Join our CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) team as a Data Analyst.  You will be passionate about data, analytics and applying insights into our leading financial services clients. This is also a great opportunity for a commercially minded and driven individuals to help build out our expanding practice. 

Requirements

Key responsibilities:

• Exhibit a strong passion for data and its pivotal role in our clients' businesses.
• Maintain a forward-thinking approach to data and analytics while respecting the legacy systems of some of our top-tier clients.
• Utilise Excel and various data analytics tools to collect, clean, and analyse large datasets.
• Generate comprehensive monthly and weekly reporting packages for the operations teams.
• Design and maintain data visualisations, dashboards, and reports to effectively convey findings to stakeholders.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis and offer actionable recommendations to support business objectives.
• Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to extract insights and address complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional operations teams to identify data requirements and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement through thorough data analysis.

 Essential Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science etc.)
• Experience within Financial Services desirable
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data manipulation, VBA
• Strong proficiency in Power Point to support creation of MI reporting packs for senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL
• Expertise in data modelling and visualisation using tools such as Power BI (Business Intelligence), Tableau or Alteryx desirable
• Experience in analytics, including the ability to review and present insights from large, complex data sets using software such as Alteryx or DI (Document Intelligence) desirable
• Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder management experience
• Domain expertise in one or many areas of Financial Services, including Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Commercial Banking or Wealth and Asset Management desirable
