A bit about the role
We embody the fast-paced, critical thinking and proactive attitude that’s now synonymous with startup culture – and of course, we embrace and encourage a data-driven approach at Gravity Sketch. We get deep into the data weeds; we clean, transform and enrich our semi-structured product data to provide our teams and stakeholders across the company with useful and actionable data insights.
You’ll have ownership in driving product analytics during the lifecycle of our products/features and collaboratively help define project KPIs with your cross-functional product teams. You’ll be getting involved in all stages of the product analytics cycle within your product squad - understanding how our users interact with features across our product platforms (VR, iPad, Web, Desktop Client), validating our data capture and identifying core user value metrics to drive engagement and enhance the user experience
You’ll empower your colleagues in numerous functions to make data-driven decisions by building self-serve reporting tools and training our internal teams to get the most value from them. This includes creating insightful dashboards and metrics for projects in Tableau – we want to show measurable impact on our product investments and validate their long-term success, whilst also being able to identify trends and opportunities
You’ll support in shaping scalable practices within the data and data engineering functions
