We take a B2C approach to B2B, nurturing a large community of highly engaged design and engineering professionals using the product to redefine their digital design workflow.

The Gravity Sketch platform is accessible across VR and web-based applications allowing users to integrate GS seamlessly into their workflow.

A bit about the role

We embody the fast-paced, critical thinking and proactive attitude that’s now synonymous with startup culture – and of course, we embrace and encourage a data-driven approach at Gravity Sketch. We get deep into the data weeds; we clean, transform and enrich our semi-structured product data to provide our teams and stakeholders across the company with useful and actionable data insights.

  • You’ll have ownership in driving product analytics during the lifecycle of our products/features and collaboratively help define project KPIs with your cross-functional product teams. You’ll be getting involved in all stages of the product analytics cycle within your product squad - understanding how our users interact with features across our product platforms (VR, iPad, Web, Desktop Client), validating our data capture and identifying core user value metrics to drive engagement and enhance the user experience

  • You’ll empower your colleagues in numerous functions to make data-driven decisions by building self-serve reporting tools and training our internal teams to get the most value from them. This includes creating insightful dashboards and metrics for projects in Tableau – we want to show measurable impact on our product investments and validate their long-term success, whilst also being able to identify trends and opportunities

  • You’ll support in shaping scalable practices within the data and data engineering functions

Requirements

  • Motivated and enthusiastic with 2-3 years experience in an analytics role – experience working in start-ups, software/SaaS businesses and working with agile development teams in a product-led growth environment would be advantageous

  • Track record of working in product analytics in cross-functional teams and managing relationships with business stakeholders and technical teams

  • Excellent SQL skills, Tableau, Google Sheets/Excel skills

  • Great problem-solving skills and a strong curiosity to upskill and build on your technical skills

  • Excellent communicator, you’re able to draw clear actionable insight and share them with internal, technical and non-technical audiences

  • Effective time management and organisational skills - you proactively manage your time and relationships with stakeholders

  • Experience working with Salesforce data, GA4, and marketing insight tools would be an advantage

  • Experience with Python would be an advantage

  • Experience with enterprise product analytics tools like Pendo, Segment, and Amplitude would be an advantage

Please note, we are looking for someone that can work from our Brixton, London studio 2-3 days per week.
