This individual provides hands-on architecture leadership, guidance and mentoring to our engineering and data science teams, is a close collaborator and trusted advisor to the VP of Engineering, and ensures the delivery of high-quality, robust, and scalable solutions.

In addition, this individual is a key technology leader within the company, and provides oversight and strategic direction to the KnowBe4 Leadership Team for building the next generation security awareness products and platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Architectural leadership and technical vision for Knowbe4 products and services
• Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps for products and services and ensure they align with business goals and objectives
• Drive innovation and collaboration across product lines and stakeholders
• Direct and participate in proof of concept implementations.
• Develop strategies to meet business needs and articulate technology solutions
• Direct and participate in proof of concept implementations.
• Delivery of high-quality, robust, and scalable architectural solutions.
• Perform architectural research and produce designs for product features or new services.
• Develop strategies to meet business needs and articulate technology solutions
• Drive innovation and collaboration across product lines and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps for products and services and ensure they align with business goals and objectives

Skills:

• BS Degree plus 10 years experience 
• MS Degree plus 8 years experience
• Ph.D. or equivalent plus 5 years experience
• Minimum 5 Years of experience in enterprise software development with focus on cyber security management
• Minimum 2 Years of experience in senior engineering leadership roles influencing product management and development
• Hands on experience in building and scaling distributed services-based web platforms
• Experience with any modern programming/scripting languages such as python, javascript etc. Can participate in code reviews and provide intelligent commentary
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
