Your Role

Join us as HR Data Analyst Trainee and become an integral part of our global, diverse, and collaborative team. You'll play a crucial role in Identifying and assist in HR related issues, ensuring these adhere to the organizations policies and objectives. Support the business and respective Stakeholders by analyzing and evaluating HR data and drive the necessary reports for EDS EMEA and promote cross location and cross functional data and reporting alignment.

• Responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of EMEA EDS reporting
  • design, prepare and maintain EDS EMEA cross locations analyses and summaries
  • analyzing and evaluating data and reports, feeding back the findings to relevant stakeholders, advising on changes and improvements
• Support EDS EMEA HR in the Analyses of the quality and effectiveness of HR reporting processes
• Responsible for Continues improve the reporting process
• Drive and propose digitalization solutions
• Supports designing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions to EDS EMEA
• Collaboration on development of new HR Policies
• Create and deliver presentations and training across the business when required

Your Background

• University degree
• Knowledge in Data Analysis (researching and reading data and reports)
• Strong understanding and confidence in MSO applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, among others)
• Knowledge in Business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Power Apps, SQL – is a plus
• Workday System Experience or any other HRM workforce management tool – is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills – Portuguese and English
• Strong interpersonal skills and capable of communicating with individuals at all levels and from various backgrounds
