Sisal Albania is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Application Performance Monitoring Specialist to join our dynamic technical team that will constantly be working together with the technical team based in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of our applications to ensure optimal user experiences. The role entails working closely with our technical team and utilizing cutting-edge tools and techniques for performance assessment

What you’ll do:

• You are proficient in application performance and monitoring, demonstrated at an exceptional level.

• You have a proven background in service monitoring, encompassing availability and performance management.

• You are distinguished by a results-oriented and proactive methodology.

• You exemplify adeptness as a team player, coupled with a positive and collaborative team-oriented disposition.

Who you are:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in the similar role

• You are familiar with industry-standard performance monitoring tools and technologies.

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve performance issues quickly.

• You have excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• You have good technical writing skills

• You have good data analytics capabilities

• You are proactive, flexible, innovative, determined

• You are proficient in English both spoken and written

Preferably, you also have:

• Knowledge of the Italian language is a plus

• Knowledge of cloud environments and distributed applications is desirable.
