Data Scientist - Market Models (f/m/d)

We are looking for a new Data Scientist in the Market Modelling & Planning team to contribute to the development of novel market forecasting models and use them to provide meaningful business insights across all Business Units and functions of the organization (Sales, Marketing, Strategy, M&A…).

In this role you will use your data science and analytics skills to contribute both technically and conceptually to the development of our market forecasting models.

With your business acumen, strategy and communication skills, you’ll provide Business Units managers and directors with insights you’ll build through quantitative analysis.

You’ll act as a thought partner with the Head of Market Modelling & Planning to identify and take an active role in developing new modelling applications, enhance the analytical culture of the company and help shaping the strategic vision of the company.

This is what should be in your resume:

• 3+ years practical experience in data or statistical analysis

• Excellent communication capabilities (business writing, storytelling, presentations to individuals outside of your expertise field)

• Proficient with Python, Numpy, Pandas

• Proficient with standard analytical tools (Excel, SQL…)

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Experience in software development is a strong plus

• Experience in data visualization tools is a plus
