Our corporate start-up Bosch Software Flow (BSF) is looking for support! Our goal is to digitize the software release process together with our customers. For this purpose, we offer the software service Yaku, which has been specifically developed for highly regulated industries such as the automotive industry or the financial sector and enables the automation of software releases. • Model Development: You develop and deploy machine learning models for various business applications.
• Data Pre-processing: You work with large structured and unstructured datasets for information retrieval tasks.
• Model Training and Evaluation: You train models using appropriate algorithms, evaluate their performance, and iterate to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• MLOps: You continuously deploy ML models into production environments and establish monitoring systems to ensure their performance and reliability.
• Data Quality Validation: You design and implement data quality checks (e.g., Pandera, Great Expectations) to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Research and Innovation: You stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning engineering and AI and integrate new techniques and tools into the development process.

Qualifications

• Experience and Know-How: You have at least 5 years of experience in agile software development where you used programming languages like Python, R, or Java. You have experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar. Moreover, you have experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), and Data pipeline tools (e.g., Dagster, Apache Airflow). You are familiar with software development and ML deployment practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and MLOps tools (e.g., MLFlow, DVC). You have a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data structures.
• Working practice: You have an independent, systematic and focused way of working practice. You are ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and dynamic environment. Your hands-on mindset and intercultural skills characterize you.
• Problem solving: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Enthusiasm: You have passion for innovation and creating visually compelling experiences. 
• Languages: You are business fluent in English, other languages are welcome.

Additional Information

The contractual work location is Ludwigsburg.
