Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for designing and maintaining a catalogue of reports in Workday, Saba and other applications. You will craft and develop HR reports based on ad hoc requests from the business while meeting established Service Level Agreements. You will also support the HR function by ensuring that the process of completing transactions on behalf of HR/managers within Workday is operating efficiently. Your role will also involve working with HR Services and Workday, completing mass uploads in Workday for any mass updates required on HR core data, and acting as the Authority for global restructuring processes. You will also collaborate with the Information technology team on requests that have dependencies on technical system support.
 

Crucial Skills/Experience:

• Significant HR system and reporting expertise, ideally in Workday functional understanding and specifically around data & reporting
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Experience working in a customer service environment
• Validated ability to work with confidential data and instil data security and control values in the team
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as Information Systems, HR, Business or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to think analytically and optimally problem tackle sing creative solutions
• Knowledge of testing and change documentation
• Data Analysis experience
 

Desirable skills:

• Recent experience working with 1 or more Workday modules: Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Global HCM, Time Tracking, Workday Payroll, Manager Self-Service
• Conceptual Understanding in any of the following Workday technologies: Web Service APIs, Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security
