What you’ll do as a Junior Software Engineer:
- Design, develop, and debug python applications
- Work with a unique group of highly skilled and experienced mathematicians, physicists, RF/antennas engineers, and computer scientists to solve complex, to create a simulation and modeling software.
Requirements to be a Junior Software Engineer:
- US Citizen, able to receive and maintain DoD Security Clearance.
- Bachelor of Science, Computer Science of similar field.
- Python software development with a good understanding of advanced software constructs and programming concepts
- Strong object-oriented design techniques and reusable component design
- Ability to demonstrate visually appealing interfaces with user-centric design principles that you have designed.
- Good communication skills and self-directed with the ability to work with a fast passed development team.
- Experience using version control systems, such as Git.
Preferences for a Junior Software Engineer:
- Previous work creating designs for desktop applications.
- Experience with developing designs for advanced data visualization.
- Familiarity with Qt or PySide.
