The mission of our Customer Interaction Automated (CIA) Hub is: We make customers into fans, by solving their requests across all dialog channels at any time, in a personalized and precise interaction, bases on intelligent best-in-class technology. We achieve this with our digital assistant “FragMagenta”.
FragMagenta is a chat- and voicebot, that has been supporting our customers since 2016 by solving their service questions for free, digitally and via several different entry points. It is reachable at any time via the web, the MeinMagenta App as well as WhatsApp and helps our customers with topics such as invoice, termination of contract, order, contract or move. The digital assistant furthermore helps with incidents as well as several other topics and forwards any more complex issues to an agent. Due to continuous improvement and machine learning, FragMagenta covers a wide area of topics and increasing dialog capabilities.

These are your responsibilities:

  • Driver and architect of a modular platform for the development of bots for the service leader Deutsche Telekom
  • Instigator and sparring partner concerning the evaluation and implementation of new technologies.
  • Creation of demos to visualize architectural ideas and visions.
  • Take over the architectural responsibility as defined by SAFe.

Qualifications

You already possess the following skills / know-how:

  • Extensive experience with the build-up of service bots incl. Voice Enabling
  • Multi-year experience of IT-solution development for customer projects, ideally some Python/ NodeJS programming knowledge
  • Knowledge of Service Bots, their architecture and mode of operation
  • Experience of the utilization of Domain Driven Design
  • Established experience and know-how in the fields of Cloud, SOA, Microservices, REST & CI/CD
  • Pronounced communication skills in order to convey and describe complex issues
  • Teamplayer, willing to take over responsibility with additional the ability to assert oneself
  • Experience working together in agile Teams, ideally with field experience as SAFe architect
  • Modelling of architectures
