Job Description

We are Telekom IT’s software product house for Dev(Sec)Ops tools and solutions which we provide to all of DTAG!
Our actively managed products and services facilitate faster, more consistent and secure IT development and  stable operations in DTAG (incl. Europe).
User centricity and seamless integration are core to deliver maximum NPS values of our products.
We are a reliable partner for the operational stability of Deutsche Telekom IT. To increase the availability of IT systems, it provides and operates processes, methods and tools for the customers. The portfolio includes various solutions aimed for ITSM, development of services, central process support with in-house developed tools (e.g., Lead Incident Management, Change coordination, Lead Problem Management). To stay abreast of evolving technologies, customer requirements, and organizational structures, we continuously evolve and expand our portfolio
As AIOPS Value Stream we have the goal to implement AIOPS solutions for our customers, from the first request to the customization to the final implementation and operation. The most important tools in our portfolio are Minority Report, David, Jarvis and more (powered by ichange.telekom.de ). We also support various solutions within ServiceNow and enlarging cooperation with Timon monitoring solutions. We offer solutions for our customers and E2E service from a single central point.

We are looking for an Architect Solution for our AIOPS Value Stream.

The objective of our AIOPS Value Stream is to create platform and tools that aids users and stakeholders of IT Services in making data-driven decisions and achieve a high degree of automation. By utilizing various technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, and ITIL Process data, AIOPS stream aims to develop tools and modules that assist in IT Operations. As a central point and data analytics interface, we provide a streamlined solution for connecting various data sources. In addition to supporting Change management, we also offer solutions for other ITIL fields such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Level Management.  The aim is to help IT services and support data-driven decisions and have an efficient platform that supports users and stakeholders of IT Services with a high degree of automation driven by AI.

Your tasks are:

• Develop and design the AIOps architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, scalability, and flexibility in such a way that both infrastructure costs are minimized and operational and further development costs are optimized.
• Ensuring that the architecture at all levels (business, application, infrastructure,...) is in line with the architecture guidelines, requirements and roadmaps of higher-level entities (e.g. DevOps Domain)
• Implement Necessary initiatives, technical enablers and measures to adapt and optimize the architecture are designed, included in the backlogs and implemented
• Provide transparency on the Architecture Runway in your area of responsibility and the key actions to develop it further.
• Act as Business Epics Owner for architecture measures
• Collaborate with architects in other domains
• Developing architectural concepts/structures; to this end, devising functional concepts taking into account holistic business requirements and implications; carrying out technical and functional feasibility studies
• Optimizing and harmonizing the architecture and the design of solutions
• Designing a comprehensive vision taking into account holistic business requirements and implications, and with a view to sustainability
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to build a robust AIOps infrastructure.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to AIOps, providing recommendations for adoption.
• Assisting in product/service development taking into account holistic business requirements and implications throughout the entire development process (life cycle)
• Lead the implementation of AIOps solutions, integrating them seamlessly into the existing IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth deployment and provide technical expertise during the implementation phase.
• Providing technical advice in the relevant functional area
• Design data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing data relevant to IT operations.
• Implement AI-driven analytics to derive actionable insights for proactive issue resolution and performance optimization.
• Leverage AI technologies for various AIOps solutions
• Work closely with IT stakeholders, including system administrators, network engineers, and security professionals, to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the AIOps architecture.
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Architect, with a focus on AIOps architecture.
• Indepth knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their applications in IT operations.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python, Java, PowerShell).
• Experience with AIOps tools and platforms.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
