The Data Analytics Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving data-driven decision making across the organization. You will lead and develop a team of data analysts, translating business needs into actionable data strategies and transforming raw data into clear, insightful reports and recommendations.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

• Partner with business stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and challenges, identifying opportunities for data-driven solutions.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data analytics strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals.

• Design and oversee the execution of data analysis projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.

• Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

• Translate data findings into clear, concise, and actionable reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, advocating for the value of data-driven decision making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience, from which preferred 2+ years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing data analysis projects.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning (a plus).

• Experience working with various data analysis tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power Bi, Quicksight or Tableau).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
