Data Analyst

Description

You will serve as a dedicated resource for various analytics projects and assist on internal and external client solutions/product-based support. You will identify, develop, and implement product and technology-based solutions to increase operational efficiency, improve accuracy, and support platform adoption.

Responsibilities

•  Support multiple platforms, reporting solutions and client-specific projects.
•  Lead development of data visualizations that answer critical business questions and solve internal and external reporting needs.
•  Create and adapt business requirements by communicating with appropriate internal stakeholders, such as Relationship Managers. Requirements will direct out internal teams toward solutions for clients, set clear expectations with stakeholders, and address client concerns.
•  Implement data transformation pipelines across development, integration, and production environments supporting data quality, labeling, and anonymization of sensitive data
•  Work with product owners to develop service level indicators and implement the monitoring of service level objectives in cloud-native observability layer

•  Relevant BA/BS degree in Data Analytics, Business, or Computer Science
•  Minimum 2+ years of experience using Power BI
•  Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
•  Work experience in data analytics, data visualization and/or related field
•  Solid mathematical aptitude
•  A self-starter, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
•  Ability to drive multiple client deliverables to completion in a timely manner
•  Effectively use insights to think creatively about business problems
•  Eagerness and experience learning new software solutions and tools
•  Work history in the Wealth Management industry is a plus
