The Wow

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning engineer to join our team. This role involves the development of our ML framework including the MLOps platform, build Machine Models and been the Subject Matter Expert on the Machine Learning area.

At Betsson Group we work with a Hybrid Work From Home (WFH) model, giving you the flexibility of working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

 

Key Responsibilities 

Solution Development and Implementation

  • Develop, deploy and maintain the Machine Learning platform to leverage, using Cloud Frameworks to standardize and democratize the utilization of ML Models across the company in a secure and managed way.

     

  • Design and develop advanced machine learning models to support event driven, streaming, real-time and very low latency applications.

     

  • Continuously monitor and optimize ML models and algorithms to ensure they deliver accurate and reliable results.

 

What we are looking for

  • Education: Bachelor’s in computer science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Certifications on AWS Machine Learning or on Snowflake would be considered a plus.

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in developing ML Models with proven experience on building online feature stores in memory databases and deploy and monitor models in production. Experience with AWS Sage Maker and with Monitoring and automating model deployments (MLOps) using open source or other tools. Experience on working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust and reusable solutions.

     

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in machine Learning development frameworks, like tensorflow, pytorch and scikit-learn with python. Knowledge on Kafka and event driven and real time data analytics environments, knowledge on MLOps tools and frameworks, building online feature stores for real time low latency applications.

  • Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the Machine Learning space to proactively suggest and implement improvements and innovative ways of work, ensuring Betsson remains at the forefront of innovation in this dynamic field. 

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex Machine Learning complex and communicate to different stakeholders at different levels of seniority and skills
