Data Scientist (SA) - AWS

Join our team as a Senior Associate in the Data Scientist role and help us drive innovation and build cutting-edge LLM (Large Language Model) powered applications on the cloud for our clients. As a manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing large-scale LLM applications on public cloud platforms. Your expertise in Gen AI development, machine learning, deep learning models, agile software development practices, and software component design will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions.

Experience: 5 - 8 years

 Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Certification(s) Preferred: AWS Machine Learning Specialty, AWS Data Engineering Associate, AWS Solution Architect (Associate or Professional)

  Desired Skills

  • Strong development experience in advanced-level programming in Python/Pyspark to support data analysis and API / Model development.

  • Apply deep understanding of Gen AI development, machine learning, and deep learning models to design and optimize LLM applications in both local and cloud environments.

  • Utilize expertise in public cloud platforms to build and deploy scalable and secure LLM solutions.

  • Minimum 3+ year of experience of supervised, unsupervised and reinforcement learning machine
    learning algorithms. For e.g.: classifiers, cluster analysis, dimension reduction, regression, and
    models CNN, RNN, DQN, GAN, temporal difference methods, sequence modeling, NLP/NLU,
    word/doc embeddings, collaborative filtering, self-attention, transformers, etc.

  • Proficiency in developing code for both containerized (EKS, Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless environments.

  • Experience with creating Data Lake on AWS is a plus

  • Experience with the current state of AI/ML, Large Language Models, and Generative AI

  • Fine-tune language models to specific domains using LLM to improve the accuracy and
    effectiveness. 

  • Build generative AI models that can generate original content, such as text, images.

  • Experience with both SQL and NoSQL database systems and can write SQL queries.

  • Implement LLM Ops practices to monitor and maintain the performance and reliability of language models.

  • Implement measures to prevent Prompt Injection Attacks and ensure the integrity of language models.

  • Fine-tune language models to specific domains using LLM to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of text-based applications.

  • Utilize model explainability and interpretability techniques to provide insights into model predictions and decision-making processes.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence client business and IT teams.

  • Experience with Agile software development
