Role Description

The Client Data Change & Transformation team supports the various operations teams within Client Data Management (CDM) function and is responsible for driving change management projects and delivering transformation related initiatives. The candidate will be the interface between senior stakeholders, RTB SMEs and IT developers for building and deploying complex AI/ML solutions. The candidate will be part of the team that specializes in providing solutions to complex process/applications problems of the division and help extract business intelligence.

The CDM Change & Transformation team is working with cutting-edge technology to transform the way that operations work.  The successful candidate be working on diverse projects involving innovative transformation techniques.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Data Scientist, you would be required to:

• Build advanced analytics solutions for the Client Data Management Team
• Build AI/ML Models including working prototypes and POC.
• Fine tuning of existing AI/ML models in deployment.
• Assist IT Teams in deploying the AI/ML Models to production.
• Contribute to ongoing methodological and technological improvements of the approach.
• Support regular creation and automation of standard reporting.
• Be an effective communicator between business and IT/ digital teams.
• Embrace start-up mentality to ensure competitiveness in a growing digital market.

Your skills and experience

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor or Master in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Statistics or any other quantitative discipline
• 5+ years’ Experience in Data Science with Python & (Big) Data Engineering
• Experience in Statistical Modelling, Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, Optical Character Recognition, Computer Vision and Large Language Models is mandatory.
• Experience in Hadoop / Spark, shell scripting would be an added advantage.
• Good experience in analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Knowledge in big data platforms and extensive practical experience in data analysis as well as data preparation and evaluation, desirable
• Solid programming skills in Python, SQL, and a thorough understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
• Advanced Proficiency in MS-Office, particularly XLS and PPT
• Strong analytical skills with engineering mindset
• Experience in Reference Data and Master Data Management would be a clear asset.
• Good business acumen, with the aptitude to successfully translate between technical and non-technical audiences including a good understanding of the model lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
