As the Global Commercial Data Analyst - Data Projects, you will be analyzing commercial datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights, and managing commercial analytics projects to enable data and insights that can drive strategic initiatives; This role requires a deep understanding of data management, data integration, and data analysis techniques, as well as strong analytical, statistical, and programming skills. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of linked datasets.

Key Responsibilities for This Role Include

• Design and manage data management workstreams to process, integrate and curate datasets from across commercial data sources,
• Leverage relevant tools and platforms to design models and processes to support deriving actionable insights,
• Validate and curate data to ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity,

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data management and governance strategies,
• Develop and maintain documentation of data provenance, management and consumption pipeline, including data mapping, data transformation, and data validation steps, to ensure repeatability and reproducibility of processes,
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data linkage, data management, and data analysis, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

The Qualifications for This Role Are

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field,
• At least 5 - 7 years of experience in commercial data management, data analytics and data science,
• Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in pharma industry and / or with pharma commercial data sets,
• Prior experience in data integration, and data analysis, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting,

• Strong technical skills, including prior experience in SQL (ideal), Python (preferred), and other data processing tools and languages,
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets,
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences with high proficiency in English.
